The WYLD Botanical Complex is tailored to each formula, bringing together Canadian and New Zealand botanicals chosen for the specific role of the product and the results we want it to deliver.

While some products may share certain botanicals, each complex is considered as part of the complete formula and paired with proven skincare actives for maximum performance.

WYLDER is made in Canada in small batches, allowing us to maintain close attention to each formula from production through filling and finishing.

Our skincare is packaged in glass bottles and jars, with paper cartons where required.

Glass and paper components can often be recycled, but requirements vary by municipality. We recommend separating packaging components where possible and checking your local recycling guidelines before disposal.

We formulate with natural, vegan ingredients and select certified organic ingredients whenever suitable options are available.  We also use proven skincare actives where they bring meaningful performance to a formula.

We use certified organic ingredients whenever possible, but not every ingredient is available or appropriate in a certified-organic form.

Our priority is always the quality, function and integrity of the complete formula.

WYLDER formulas are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and our products are not tested on animals.

We source high-quality ingredients from around the world, selecting them for their performance, quality and suitability within each formula.

These are brought together with Canadian and New Zealand botanicals that are central to WYLDER and chosen for the specific role they play in each product.

Yes. We personally wildharvest a number of Canadian botanicals, including Fireweed, Chaga, Wild Rose and Labrador Tea, using ethical harvesting practices that respect the plant and the landscape.

Our New Zealand botanicals are also ethically wildharvested in New Zealand by our sourcing partners.

WYLDER is especially well suited to mature skin and the changes that can come with it, including dryness, dehydration, uneven tone, loss of firmness and changes in texture.

Our formulas are designed to replenish, nourish and support healthy, radiant skin over time.

WYLDER was created with sensitive skin in mind. Many of our formulas are well suited to sensitive or reactive skin.

Because every skin is different, we recommend patch testing before regular use if your skin is particularly sensitive.

Some WYLDER formulas contain essential oils and other botanical ingredients with naturally occurring fragrance allergens. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the complete ingredient list on the product page before use.

Natural ingredients can vary from harvest to harvest, and small differences in colour, aroma or texture can occur between batches.

These subtle variations are part of working with botanical ingredients and do not necessarily indicate a change in the quality of the formula.

For best results, use WYLDER products within 12 months of opening. Keep them securely closed and store away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

A good skincare routine does not need to be complicated. Begin with the essentials your skin needs most, then add targeted care only where it adds something meaningful.

WYLDER is designed to layer simply. Begin with lighter formulas such as mists and serums, then follow with creams and oils, using the directions for each product as your guide.

You do not need every step, every day. The best routine is one that feels considered, effective and easy to return to.

Select WYLDER formulas are available in travel and trial sizes, including curated bundles designed to let you experience the collection before moving to full sizes.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our studio within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship throughout Canada and the United States, with select international destinations available where shown at checkout.

Standard shipping within Canada and the United States is $15 CAD.

Orders over $74 CAD before taxes receive complimentary standard shipping.

Shipping to other available international destinations is calculated at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping.

U.S. and international delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier processing.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we’ll do our best to make the change. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Qualifying purchases shipped within Canada may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Products may be opened, but should be only lightly used. WYLDER reserves the right to decline a refund where a product has been substantially used.

Orders shipped outside Canada, including the United States, are final sale at this time.

Please email hello@wylderorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If your order arrived damaged, please include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the details and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

WYLDER gift cards are digital and delivered by email with a unique code that can be entered at checkout.

If you’re purchasing one as a gift, the email can be forwarded to the recipient.

The complete collection is available at wylderorganics.com, with a curated selection also available through WYLDER retail partners.

Because individual retailers may carry different products, we recommend contacting the retailer directly if you’re looking for a specific formula.

Subscriptions make it easy to keep the products you use most on hand. Save 15% on every recurring order and choose delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Your schedule can be adjusted, paused or cancelled at any time.

On eligible full-size product pages, select Subscribe & Save, choose your preferred delivery frequency and add the product to your cart.

Your 15% subscription savings are applied automatically.

You can adjust your delivery schedule, pause an upcoming order or make changes to your subscription through your account.

Changes should be made before your next order is processed.

Eligible products can be added to your subscription through your account, or you can begin a new subscription directly from the product page.

Subscription orders already receive 15% savings. Additional promotion codes cannot be combined with the subscription discount unless specifically stated as part of an offer.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account.

Any order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled retroactively, so changes should be made before your next scheduled order.
