Shipping Information
We process and ship all orders from our studio in Canada within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping on all orders.
- Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes).
Shipping to the USA:
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping to the United States. Please note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes)
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA.
Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are pleased to accept returns of new or gently used products purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We ask that the product be at least 75% full to be eligible.
To Initiate a Return (Canada only):
- Please email us at hello@wylderorganics.com with your name and order number to begin the process.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of our receiving the return. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Eligibility:
- This policy applies only to products purchased directly from wylderorganics.com. For items bought at a retail partner, please contact the store for their return policy.
- Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- At this time, all sales to the USA are final.
Damages & Order Issues
We take great care in packaging our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@wylderorganics.com within 7 days of receipt if an item arrives damaged. Kindly include a photo of the item, and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
