Shipping Information
Every WYLDER order is packed and shipped from our studio within 2-4 business days. Most Canadian orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Within Canada:
- Standard shipping: flat rate of $15 CAD.
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $125 CAD, before taxes.
To the United States
U.S. orders are temporarily paused. We're working to restore shipping to the United States and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
We currently do not ship outside of Canada or the US.
Our Return Policy
We stand behind every WYLDER formula. If a product isn't the right fit, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on new or gently used, with at least 75% of the product remaining. This is our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
To Initiate a Return (Canada only):
- Email hello@wylderorganics.com with your name and order number.
- Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Eligibility:
- This policy applies to products purchased directly from wylderorganics.com. For products purchased through a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
- Kits and bundles must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns of multi-product sets.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Orders shipped to the USA are final sale at this time.
Damages & Order Issues
We take great care in packaging every WYLDER order. Please inspect yours upon arrival and email hello@wylderorganics.com within 7 days of receipt if an item arrives damaged. Include a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
