Refund policy

Canada
We aim to enrich your daily rituals with nature’s best. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out within 30 days of purchase for assistance. Products that are new or gently used (with at least 75% remaining) are eligible for a full refund. To start the return process, email us at orders@wylderorganics.com with your order details. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and heavily used items may not qualify.

Eligibility
Our refund policy covers items purchased directly from our website. For in-store purchases, please contact the retailer.

Processing Returns
Allow up to 10 days after your package arrives for us to process the return. We’ll email you once it’s complete.

USA & International Orders
Orders from outside Canada are considered final sale.

Lost & Damaged Packages
If your package is missing, email us at hello@wylderorganics.com to start an investigation with the courier. Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order confirmation number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
