Shipping policy

Canada & US Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from our studio within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after your order ships. We use Canada Post or UPS depending on the destination and service available.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $74. Orders below the free-shipping threshold are charged a flat $15 shipping rate.

US Duties & Customs

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes or other import fees. Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
